Glad Påsk!
Sometimes I get sad when I hear about people who have started working out and have seen an image that they want to emulate. I'm no fitness expert AT ALL but what I become a little worried about is when you find an image on instagram that you adore - the "perfect body " without really understanding what it means to get there. I do not have a bikini model 's body, I'm happy with the body I have ; for I know that I could never stop eating certain thing , drinking wine or workout everyday! I'm just not that person, so when I see myself in the mirror , I think ; this is the result of the life I chose , of course, I vary some weight up and down but it is still within the same radar. I want a certain lifestyle and it does not match with looking like Marie Serneholt ( fantastikskt nice body ) . This post does not suggest that I think that I have an ugly body , absolutely not, I just do not want you to put yourself in an equation can not be solved , you simply take the good thing in life that you want and what makes you happy, then combine this into a life pattern that works for you! You should never be dissapointed because someone else might prioritize health and training more than you do.
